This device because it has a built in service will not stay connected , the majority of the time which is sad because you have to subscribe to a service for it to work . I would not recommend this at all . I will be canceling the service .

Dangerous product for pets. Gives false sense of security. When you refresh, it should show you the temp in real time, not 15-45minute intervals with a small clock that is stuck on a different time zone. If the temp displayed is not current it should make that very clear. I hate this product!!

Can't get the damn thing to work keeps saying reset still don't work not worth all that money if it don't work! I call to get help and there closed. Not a happy customer 😒

There is no reception at our cabin at all and very rarely at our home. When traveling out of the area in which I live, the coverage has been fine. Also, the battery barely lasts a day when charged. Possibly because it is searching for coverage?

The worst experience I have ever had. Don’t waste your money - Bait and Switch. And no money returned. Horrible.

Camera showed up not working at all. Then I was charged a return fee for something that did not work. The paid subscription is a ripoff. We definitely do NOT recommend.

Waggle worked for only 4 days. Contacted support who were very helpful but the Waggle still doesn’t work. Was offered a new unit but I decided I just wanted a refund.

I’ve had my subscription for one week now. Of that week, the device has only worked for one partial day. I have reset it, I have moved it, I even tried to contact tech support, but they were unavailable at that time, and because I couldn’t “join the chat” while I was at work, they closed the ticket. It’s not the network - I have Verizon phones and internet and they work just fine in the same room. My Verizon hotspot device is across the room from it, and has no connection issues whatsoever. I feel a little hoodwinked that I spent so much money on a faulty product PLUS a subscription fee with super inconvenient support.
