I have a some issues and a return question. I have used the chat feature with no luck, called with no luck, and have emailed your customer service r with no response in over 1 1/2 wks. POOR customer service would be an understatement!!!

Terrible customer service. I reached out stating my HOA never saw my package arrive (we have mail room cameras) and it isn't at my mail office. Didn't offer refund or replacement, it's been over 2 weeks.

No way to turn it off as needed, inaccurate reading of the temp and I had to py a whole year subscription in advance vs. Month to month. Very disappointed to be honest.
