I have been unable to get the device to connect to the cellular network. I have reset it numerous times and have even taken it outside the trailer to try and get it to connect, to no avail. The area where I am located has a strong signal strength for the Verizon network.

Pet monitor was defective. Waggle couldn't get it to work properly. I was told that I could pay to have a new unit shipped to me even though the unit was not working properly. It was sent back for a refund. I was told that I would be charged a $10 restocking fee even though the item was defective and also had to pay for return shipping. I still do not know how much I will get back from my subscription even though it only worked for about 5 days total out of the nearly 3 weeks that I had the monitor.

The temperature monitor constantly loses connection with the network, and the Wi-Fi camera is like four year old tech with crappy image

The 1st one did not work, the 2nd one kept saying we lost power and did not. WTH... I hated getting the alert and then finding out from the power company it did not.

Never received.

Couldn’t get a signal in my rv on a very hot weekend . Concerned about that . Couldn’t get an answer to “can I return it in a certain amount of time ? Not sure it’s going to work for me . Shame there’s not a choice between WiFi and cell signal . Is this going to be a constant problem when I travel ? I don’t know ? Not happy with my first time use and I don’t travel agai. Til the end of August

Monitor works ok at times. Not reliable by any means. Do not and I repeat do not buy their cameras. Horrible performance. All my ring products work 10xbetter. Stay away from waggle

Cheaply made product, button broken within a day. Doesn’t stay in Mount - flew out while driving trailer. Unnecessary alerting. Did not feel marketing of the product set my expectations that a subscription is required. That was a surprise
