I buy nearly all my nutritional supplements online and have for many years. I will never, ever, ever buy anything from this company again. It took them 2 months to partially fill my order yet they charged me for the full order. There is no way to reach them by phone, no customer service except to send them emails for which they never respond. Agonizing and frustrating. Guess I'll have to deal with them through my credit card company.

I placed an order on January 1, 2011. It is February 24 and I have not received my order. When I placed the order, I used Paypal, and the company indicated that my order was in stock. Paypal was charged immediately. After a month, I finally figured out the stupid website and asked where my order was. I got a response saying they had 6-8 weeks of backorders on my item, and also that their suppliers "require" payment from them up front for product. It has now been 8 weeks. And to think I saved a couple of bucks by ordering from them! Don't be a fool like I was - I had ordered the product before from Ithaca Sports and it arrived in 4 days! YOU'RE WASTING ALOT OF YOUR TIME IF YOU ORDER FROM VITANET.

I placed my order for a product I wanted to have quickly. I paid for it through my PayPal Account; My product never reached me, but I'm not upset too much about that. What I am upset about is the runaround web site of of Myvitanet.com. It is worthless. Just worthless. It does not allow you to speak with nor the ability to contact. Are you too busy to have your company staffed to support your clients? Never again!!!!

CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON 12/03/2010 & THEN FOUND OUT 12/26/10 THAT ITEM WAS UNAVAILBLE. AS OF 1/14/11, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. CAN NOT EVEN GET THE ADDRESS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THAT STATE. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO SPEAK TO A PERSON.

Placed an order and got no reply. Went in Internet to read reviews and saw at least 20 very bad reviews. Called credit card co immediately and got money back on card. This is a fraudulent website collecting credit card info. Total scam.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, have not heard a word. Can't use 800 # it directs you to the website and hangs up on you. Sent e-mails, no response. Can't get a password to check shipment, does not work. Had I read all the terrible reviews of customers who were ripped off I would have known. I filed a claim with Paypal. I don't believe this is a legit site. Must be someones basement

I placed my $80 order on 10/27. They stated all items were in stock. After charging my cr card I followed the progress of my order. After a week nothing had happened so I emailed them. I did not rec a response. After 10 days I called and was told my order was set to ship on Monday (I called on a Friday). On Tuesday I checked & now it stated my order was on backorder but for a later date then previously. I emailed & asked why they didn't ship what they had in stock now? I did not receive a reply. I called again to be told they showed the warehouse was shipping the next day. I realized that out of all my calls the same guy answered every call. Now what are the chances of that? Well here it is almost 3 wks later & nothing has been shipped. And I see the b/o date has been pushed even further out. Also important to note is that I go in ever day for the past week & cancel my order but nothing changes! I have disputed the charge w/ my cr card company & have the funds credited back but I still watch to see how long this is going to play out. Now if you haven't already figured out my title let me tell what I am 99.99% sure is happening here. These guys are using my money to pay for someone elses order placed before mine. Then they use your money to pay for my order and so on and so on. Ancient old business trick for failing or poorly run businesses. They have some great prices folks but what good are they if you never get your product? Stick with companies like the VitaminShoppe or other established ones where you will actually get what you pay for.

Lousy rotten customer service. THERE IS NONE! Backorder of items that never come! Refunds without the shipping and handling refunded and already added to the credit card. This fraud of a company should be shut down. DO NOT EVER BUY from this place! You will get some stuff and others will be backordered even when you placed the order it said, "in stock". I will tell all my friends and anyone that will listen! They suck!
