Food is good and portions are fine. Blackbean burger a little mushy and not my favorite, but still fine. I wish there was more variety week to week considering limited veg/pescatarian options. Even if same ingredients and different recipe. Will probably order every other week now.

We appreciate having fresh delivered options, however, oftentimes the meals are not the quality we expect. Vegetables are not trimmed (green beans end up with woody stems or are petty, “roasted broccoli” is unattractive. It looks old, not vibrant.) We regularly don’t eat them. So, we pay for waste. Also some dishes are overly salty, like the blackened chicken, so was not edible. Also, sauces are inconsistently provided. Sometimes we are generously provided with a cup, other times, it’s only added to the dish, so lacking. Salads often haven’t been fresh, so we stopped ordering those. Also, dishes where hot/cold items co-exist, they should be separated. Who wants to warm their Mediterranean meal and have hot cucumbers and sauce? We are down to a narrow list we halfway eat, and so order less and less often. We used to be weekly fans, but not anymore.

I’ve been ordering this for my daughter and son-in-law to help after the birth of their third baby. There are so many choices and menus for any dietary restrictions. The variety is fantastic. Ordering is as easy as pie and delivery is prompt, with convenient delivery days. They say they love the meals, nutritional value and convenience. I love supporting a local business.
