Vero is a free mission-driven company with a focus on democratizing risk and insurance management for everyday people. It is almost impossible to make smart risk management decisions without proper tools, solutions like insurance are a big black box, and there is a lack of a trusted and unbiased source of advice. As a result, people are massively under-protected while paying for protection they might not need. By reimagining personal risk management and insurance, we help individuals to a) identify and quantify all their risks (democratizing risk intelligence) in order to analyze all their gaps, b) Manage them through insurance, mitigation, and alternative financing c) assist them with recovery and problem-solving (rather than just a check) while optimizing how much money they spend. The entire process can be very much concierged now and automated over time. The dedicated risk and insurance advisors have no sales incentives. We are here to empower people and provide a layer of unbiased transparency that does not exist, rather than "educating" them on becoming risk experts or selling them on stuff they don't need! This is only possible by delivering a personalized and dynamic service that evolves as the needs of our customers and their families change.

I've had none collect my car or even have a rental so Igo to work Having an accident is bad enough. But dealing with vero is worse causing myself to have a mental stress. This is very poor of them today is 3/12 /24 and they still can't get it right

I am the third party in this case who is using the at fault drivers insurance vero. First there was no contact for over a week, they claimed they didn't have the rego, which is false. Then we I did call they wouldnt let me discuss anything without the other drivers permission, which he had given previously. Now they have said they would organise a tow, over a week later the vehicle is still here and now they are claiming the didn't know it wasn't driveable.

Abysmal. I had my car broken into with a phone and card stolen. The claim was broken into two incidents – one for the broken glass on the car and one for the stolen goods. The Glass claim was processed quickly but because it was subject to a $500 excess I ended up paying for the whole job. The contents claim was mistakenly processed by Vero or Aon( two entities dealing with one claim is the perfect basis for the following confusion) as a vehicle claim unknown to me. This resulted an hours on the phone with a call Centre in Manila being transferred from one clueless operator to another on multiple occasions I would estimate it took about 10 to 15 hours , of talking and holding being subject to a barrage of inane questions without any result over the course of 4-5 separate calls. Finally, in desperation I managed to speak to an employee in New Zealand- rare hero in this exhausting saga, who spent an hour on the phone with me going back over the file and establishing the error resided with Vero-or was it Aon and re-filing the incorrectly Assigned claim from vehicle to contents. I then had to re-submit the claim which was processed in about two weeks – remembering this is now six weeks after the initial claim was begun – with the result being a payout of $234.for a phone that cost me $800 over three years ago. Vero then attempted to charge me an excess for that claim as well. I then spent another two hours showing them that this claim was part of the earlier claim for which only one excess should have been charged. As a result for my $350 a month of premiums that I have been paying for seven years, I received a $234 payout for about $2000 worth of damages and 15 to 20 hours of my time dealing with a company apparently largely populated by people unwilling or unable to help with the odd rare exception. I received an apology from them , with a $15 box of chocolates, which was appreciated, but which really just amplified my aggravation at the whole ridiculous process. I would have preferred a fair payout for the stolen telephone which cost me $1200 to replace. Ironically, during the process, due to an error on my behalf, that months premium was missed. It turns out, when they are owed money they can be very efficient and I was contacted that next day about the overdue payment. The whole experience reeked of a negligence bordering on criminality. A business model based on stringing their customers along and avoiding their obligations till the customer gives up, dies, or writes a filthy review. They are the reason that Insurance companies are generally viewed with the same loathing reserved for criminals and politicians. Avoid them like the plague.

I had an amazing experience with Vero and the final write-off payment as well as car hire. Everything from the start to the last point was pleasant. There might be some improvement in process speed, however, the final outcome was professional and pleasant.

I would rate no stars if I could. The worst possible customer service 10/10 don't recommend! No case manager assigned so you deal with whoever answers the call. Have been almost 2 months with no car, no one gets back to you when they have any information available and when I call to chase up they won't relay anything over the phone they say they'll email it through. What do I pay $800 a month for if when I need something I get nothing other than hours wasted on the phone. Will be changing providers as soon as my claim is sorted.
