The person that helped me with my 401K!
The person that helped me with my 401K was very helpful and very polite. In fact, she stayed on the phone and walked me through the steps I was taking with it. This is the first time I have talked with someone and it went very well. The lady I talked to knew the website well and helped me navigate it. Very happy with her help.
