They have been awesome to deal with
They have been awesome to deal with. Their customer support is above and beyond. I would recommend them highly. We are a small business and they have helped me with everything I need to do.

VJ Chanco did an outstanding job…
VJ Chanco did an outstanding job onboarding our company into Ubquity and setting up our plan. He was conscientious in following up with me, was flexible in scheduling times to speak, walked me through the entire process step by step and answered all of my questions, event those via email promptly. Very knowledgeable and patient. Excellent customer service. With VJ’s training I am comfortable and find the platform easy to use.

Talked with Samantha Merrell - I had some questions on the logistics of how a 401k rollout would work, and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. A superlative experience working with her and can't say enough good things.
