I hired them to handle one ticket in March. It took them DAYS to send the representation letter to the court. They give you ZERO updates. I had to call them every time to get an update. EVERY TIME! I had to contact them to make sure the letter was sent, to verify the court date bc I never got notification. They ask you all these questions in the beginning like they’re listening. I explained I am in the process of getting my license and car. They agreed to a deferred adjudication with proof of insurance and registration. I EXPLAINED WHEN I PAID THEM I HAVE NO LICENSE TO DRIVE A CAR! Why would they agree to that? Now I’ve been calling weekly since April to try and get them to speak with the courts see what other options are available and they do not return my calls. I sent the court an email and got a response. So they just flat out aren’t even trying. I’ve wasted my money and gotten no results! I’m now having to have them send a letter to the court to show they no longer represent me and handle it myself. The amount of money I spent on them for the ticket and the amount for the deferred comes out to if I would have just paid the ticket. They are unprofessional. I’ve spoke with 4 different agent. (I have all their names)And no one has solved the problem. No one is on the same page I’m having to do the job I paid them to do. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME SANITY OR MONEY!!

I hooked up with them by mistake but so glad I did. They were very helpful in clearing up my grandsons tickets, and getting his record cleared and fines dropped. The four rating was that it took 4 mo to get it done, but that had a lot to do with the local courts and their court loads. Very nice people to talk to and answer all your questions!!! Employees get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First, you give them a substantial amount of money to hire an attorney. The attorneys don’t communicate with you whatsoever to hear details of your case. They just settle on fines and timelines to pay those fines without EVER clearing anything with you. You are supposed to be their “client“ yet there’s no communication. Good luck getting a hold of the attorneys directly! Most of them will dodge your calls and/or not respond at all, or give updates even after they have cut a crappy deal for you that you wouldn’t agree to ever. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars in total between what you pay the service and the attorney negotiating exorbitant fines. The owner of my traffic tickets will have a conversation with you just defending the attorneys and telling you how amazing they are even when he doesn’t have all the facts. I asked for a different attorney to go back and renegotiate tickets (they were super old and not even mine) I was able to get two dismissed on my own and they couldn’t. MTT refused to re assign my case, even though the attorneys did not communicate with me directly whatsoever or present the actual facts of my case to the court. One of the attorneys literally admitted that he never even looked at my case file before negotiating! I honestly want to file a complaint with the bar association. The question begs to be asked what are you paying for?!?? Honestly this feels like just one big cash grab where MTT is feeding money to attorneys. I negotiated tickets on my own, paid nothing and got them totally dismissed. They couldn’t do that for the same violations with these “great attorneys” they deal with and came up with crazy excuses why. The biggest problem is the attorney never looked at my case or ever spoke with me to properly defend me. I noticed that they only reply to the bad reviews on here, so I expect some kind of reply blaming me somehow for their terrible service and lack of communication from their attorneys to actually find true facts on my case. Noticed that the recent reviews are not good. Consider yourself warned!

ultimate cost to me seemed out of line with facts surrounding my case there was no clear documented verification that the facts surrounding my "violation" were considered. The officer that I encountered told me he was issuing a "warning". Through the mail, I then receive notice that advises that I was issued, instead, a ticket. The dialogue following the announcement that he was issuing a warning--was consistent with a warning--not a ticket. I repeatedly tried to convey these facts to MTT, but never rec'd any satisfaction that my "surrounding facts" were being considered.
