as i said above, it was a real pleasure doing business with these people. it was my first try with them and they did a super job right in the middle of the holidays..... i screwed up my order and ordered the wrong product number. a few hours later i happened to look at my order conformation and i realized i had misordered. i picked up the phone, gave them a call, told them what happened. they fixed the order and everything worked out as if i knew what i was doing. Will not hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered 3 items ,only 2 items arrived.E-mailed MyTool about the one missing item,received an e mail shortly after...Item was delivered to my door 3 days later,very satisfied with the service & my new tools..

I had cancelled my order within an hour but the next day I received confirmation of shipment. I don't want to give your store a bad rating because I don't know all of the circumstances. If I had not tried to cancel my order the experience would have been fine. Easy website to navigate and quick shipment.
