I ordered the wrong thread size on a pearl abrasive crack chaser..I called the next day on the job and on the phone got the rite thread size and had it the next day on the job..The next day ups was at the job with a return sticker for my return..great job guys. This is an edited version of my previous review in which I rated Mytoolstore one star which was for the most part unwarranted. When your building a project, place orders from six different companies and five orders arrive on time but number six is MIA you tend to get upset. Moments after I submitted my review I recieved a phone call from one of the owners of Mytoolstore not to chew me out but to find out directly from me the customer what went wrong and to let me know that my information will be taken very seriously and to apologize for my bad experience. For this man to take time to appologize to me about what happened with my tiny order meant a LOT! Now the following is a brief description of my experience and other reviews told a similar story so my suggestion would be to make some calls and follow up with your order. Ordered two items, got an email that one was not in stock and would be a month to get it. I said remove that item. Three weeks later and I still haven't received second item and no information.

Needed a few tools, got em fine. Got a good price. Good job.

My husband was very happy with his new knife, it was just what he wanted. He lost his, we went on line made the purchase, arrived on time. Great Job.
