Good courteous service.
The phone was answered pretty quickly and the agent I spoke to Andrew was knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to book a flight that has relatively convenient times.

I WAS ASSISTED BY JOHN WHO VERY PATIENTLY AND SKILLYFULLY ASSISTED ME WITH MY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. IT TOOK A BIT OF TIME BUT JOHN KEPT ME INFORMED ALONG THE WAY AND PROVIDED TECHNICAL HELP WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING THE TICKETS.
