Great customer service

John was really helpful!!! Everything was easy and understandable

John was very understanding and he also saved me money I was only going for a one way but he checked for round trip and decided that was the best option instead of buying two one way tickets. Today was overwhelming trying to find a flight but once I received John phone call he took a lot of stress off me.Thank you John I really appreciate you.
