Helped me out when order was wrong

Ordered Thursday night, received Monday, mailed my kid their ring Wednesday and they got it Saturday and loved it. While I'm was able to have my kid's mother get their finger sized at a jeweler, I would recommend having some way to possibly see something I did see on another site where they would send a finger sizer that looks like a zip tie, and reason for this is while the ring I got as a "father/son" set I measured properly, the third ring I ordered (taking advantage of getting a 3rd for just 30 bucks more) I must have slipped measuring my middle finger. Turned out ok simply because having rings on neighboring fingers was uncomfortable, and I found out that thumb rings are a symbol of power, status etc, and it fits my thumb well, so happy mistake for me

These rings are wonderful! The stones are vibrant and the rings are true to size. I will remember Mythology Titans for future gifts!

I got the Pallas ring as it honestly matches my aesthetic. I used the measure guide for my finger and it looked like it was their 6. I'm in general a 4 1/2 but I measured just in case sizing worked differently. I ordered the 6 and unfortunately it was too big for the finger I wanted it for. I reached out to support for an exchange for the next size down (5). The support made it so easy to pay the replacement cost and it arrived fairly quick. It fits much better but still slightly big as when my fingers get cold it slides easier. Not an issue though. Still fits and I appreciated the incredible replacement process.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous, I unfortunately ordered the wrong size but the service department was so wonderful and was able to get me the right one for a small fee, great customer service and beautiful products, I plan on buying again in the future!

Lovely, well-made, heavy duty men's ring. Didn't turn his finger green, so clearly a true Tungsten ring. A great value!
