I ordered the wrong sized ring by accident and have sent two messages asking how to fix this over the past two days and no response.

Ordered two rings and one is the wrong design. Currently handling with mythology team, so really can't give them much else. Quality is great for the price. Just awaiting further contact.

Rings themselves are nice, however, upon receiving them - advised the company that the sizing was incorrect, and their solution is to charge me $20/ring to return and exchange them for a ½ size larger. Not worth the hassle and cost... will just sell them, and buy something similar from another company.

I ordered this ring for my husband - it’s a stunning ring. Very beautiful and he is impressed with the quality as well. It is a little too big despite following the sizing chart instructions - but luckily it doesn’t fall right off his hand. What I am most disappointed by is our anniversary date was engraved wrong. The customized feature that made it special to us was somehow jumbled into the incorrect date. That’s weird…. And unfortunate.
