I use the ThinkScan Plus S7 mainly to check vehicle anomalies and carry out an initial analysis of the available diagnostic parameters. It has proved very useful for understanding problems before deciding whether further investigation or professional assistance is needed. In particular, it helped me with two important operations on my BMW: the DPF service procedure and battery replacement registration. Both were possible thanks to the first five additional software/service functions included free of charge with the device. I also want to mention the customer support, which has been very helpful, friendly and available throughout the process. They took the time to clarify my questions and provide assistance regarding the functions supported by my vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with the ThinkScan Plus S7 and with the support provided.
