I had a package arrive damaged and mishandled from the carrier. I was worried maybe something could be damaged internally of the computer, from the packaging damage. I contacted customer care and thank you for the quick replies. Thinkcar truly seemed to care about my issue and experience and offered a couple of options to take care of the situation. I hope they take care of me if something should ever happen in the future.

The support was excellent, I accidentally threw away the the leaflet with the activation code on it and the guys there sorted it all, five stars
