As a potential new customer interested in a Mucar device I have received quick excellent customer service. They have at least one competitor that showed no interest in providing similar service even after I had been a paying customer for several years. Mucar has showed me that they are willing to be there if and when needed. This alone makes them a company that I would happily support and do business with.

I purchased Thinkcar Thinkdriver obd 2 diagnostic tool.I sold it to someone who returned it without explanation. After some time i tried to bind it to my account.Found that it was already activated and bound to an email address. i was truly defeated. i wanted to trash it because was no use to me. However i contacted Thinkdriver support. who gave me very good support. Within 2 days i got a NEW activation code! Much Thanks to Thinckar CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
