In the home tab, for you, there are constantly some posts from different people with pornography, this is unacceptable! This is publicly available for everyone to see! Tech support says they delete such posts, but in reality, I see they're doing it very slowly, and there's a lot of pornographic content there!

I would give 0 stars if I could, what a complete rip of thinkcar 689bt, so no topology mapping as was promised in nov25 and march26, bought for that reason and to reset my dpf, first thing I tried failed, tried to reset my 2021 Vw crafter DPF guess what “vehicle not comparable” contacted thinkcar and just been getting fobbed of, states contact them to request return, I have 30 days to return regardless but will not accept a return, been trying to return for two weeks as not suitable for my vehicle and constantly being told to do stuff when all I want to do is return, going to seek legal advice and have a representative contact them as a normal customer just gets nowhere. Complete joke company, just do your research on social media, thinkcar is all over it for not providing functions they advertised.

Use the device twice and the next time I used it within 2 days of owning it it went into a boot loop. Use their online system to do a ticket and no reply. Used the chat function and was told it would take an engineer several days to be able to tell me if the device had a problem. Told them that it obviously had a problem since it won't boot. They then wanted my email address and said that they would get back to me within 24 hours and that I shouldn't get upset. Told them I can't do business that way and doing business with someone like this is not the preferable way of doing business. I don't have much hope with this and I think it's going to end up getting returned. I think that if you're going to buy one of these you need to do it through Amazon rather than direct because at least you could return it with no problem.

I bought several 12th resets for my scanner none of them allowed me to reset what I needed to I raised a dispute with PayPal and they declined the transaction as they gave me some excuse about it being non refundable 🤷🏻‍♀️

This site is a scam 100%. Do not buy from this site. If you want this product turn to Amazon for ordering. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before spending 476$ on a scanner I still have yet to receive 3 weeks later. No communication to my many emails. Reached out to PayPal to file claim. Also advised PayPal to remove them from the PayPal payment option. Flag them as a website.

Trash products! Horrible customer service! Never get this product! It doesn’t work they admit and they won’t help or replace the product! Or will they refund you for the yearly subscription

Fake offers , waste of time and money . On ebay "thinkcar official UK" fake offer on a car scanner and when paid and ordered the scanner , was supposed to arrive 2-3 days . After 2 weeks still not delivered and when sent to the seller to fix the problem and still need the scanner as nil asked for refund . They just refunded the money without even a reply ! Sound like shady company
