I had an excellent experience with THINKCAR customer support. I purchased a THINKSCAN 689BT diagnostic scanner directly from their official website. Unfortunately, the device had a touchscreen issue from the beginning, which gradually became worse and eventually made certain functions unusable. After contacting customer support, they responded promptly and professionally. Following a few troubleshooting steps, their engineering team confirmed that the device might be defective, and they offered to replace it with a brand-new unit under warranty. The entire process was handled very professionally. They arranged a prepaid return shipping label, accommodated my request to change the delivery address, and even arranged a replacement for the tempered glass screen protector I had purchased separately. Communication was consistently polite, helpful, and reassuring. I really appreciate how seriously they took my issue and how willing they were to find a satisfactory solution. The replacement device has now been shipped, and I am very satisfied with the customer service experience so far. Excellent after-sales support!
