UPDATE: 1 am changing my review to 1 star. Mucar is practicing severe fals → Kérdés feltevése advertising. I bought 2026, but the software is intentionally blocked and locked on a July 2025 version (v1.3.2). They refuse to deliver the new software updates and the System Topology Map feature that the hardware is fully capable of running. They gave me a 10% refund just to quiet me down, but they officially seal and freeze the update support for standard buyers. Do not trust their "lifetime free updates" promise, it is a lie! I bought a 1 year subscription extension on website. Got a code in email and code doesn’t work. Been trying all week to get someone via email or phone to no avail. All I want is what I paid for and I’m not getting it.

Zero stars if I could. Customer service sucks through the chat only? Had it less than a year and it stopped working. We have been trying for several weeks to get actual help!!!

NOT RECOMMEND , STAY A WAY OF THIS DEVICE I would not recommend this product.. I had a very bad experience with those scammers. I purchased the ThinkDiag2 on Amazon because it was advertised as including one year of free activation. The device worked properly for only a few months and then suddenly stopped working. The app began asking me to pay approximately $100 USD for a new activation code, even though the original one-year activation period should not have expired... As shown on the pictures, it ask for renew for all makes and models. I contacted customer support multiple times and provided details about the issue. Instead of resolving the problem or honoring the advertised activation period, I was simply told to purchase anotheractivation code. No explanation was provided for why the original activation stopped working after only a few months. The hardware itself may work, but a diagnostic tool is only useful if the software and activation remain valid. Buying a device that stops functioning after a short period and then requires additional paymentwas very disappointing. If you are considering this product because of the included one-year activation, be aware that you may face unexpected activation issues and could be asked to pay extra to continue using a device you already purchased. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. Purchased in June 2025 at Amazon for $225.
