Response to her reply: I posted the proof under her Google account since they don’t allow us to add images here. I added a 2Fa plugin when I kept getting emails about her accessing my payment account without permission. She literally got my Shopify account removed and I was upset. She only provided refund for that issue caring more about a review and I still paid AGAIN and left a good review despite that incident !!! I obviously continued to work with her because she already had the design it would’ve been easier for her to transfer than starting over with someone else. I have screenshots of everything lol not to mention, I’m no longer using her hosting after the mom comment & she have yet refunded my second order .. that’s the reason for the dispute and issue at hand now. Other reviews of hers say the same thing. She steals personal Info or tries too and the platform will remove your website for it. Do better - she keeps changing her response lol her first reply was completely different but she processed a refund afterwards and changed her response once I added proof to Google and still asking me to remove it lol despite me no longer using her hosting or anything she did (which she has been aware of before today and refused refund until this post) just beware guys save yourself the trouble. FYI- I created this design.. I had it on wix for over 3 years. She simply transferred it to codes and used her hosting. Of course I had someone else transfer it elsewhere once she attempted to login and she removed me from her hosting but just now refunding because of reviews!

Where do I start .. it was god sent I ran into this sweet business owner . I’m located in the states , so when I got the opportunity I definitely jump at it and I can tell you I’m definitely not disappointed! 5 star on communication 5 star on turn around time (mine was done in hours ) 5 star on understanding what the client is asking from them 5 star on payment plan options (also a lot cheaper then what they offering in states ) 10/10 on this company !
