Nous arrivons à la fin des enquêtes pour voir le site "hs" au moment de la validation. Pas de point attribué : vous n'êtes pas ........ Le gagnant dans l'affaire c'est My survey puisqu'ils ont notre opinion et nous les dindons de la farce. Pourquoi ne pas dénoncer de telles pratiques et à chercher des recours face à celà ?

Wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for the appalling continuous technical errors that have overcome MySurvey in recent months. The most common is a blank screen saying 'the service is unavailable' at seemingly random intervals - another will be 'your session has expired' right after completing a survey meaning you don't get any points. As I type there are 4 surveys showing in my account, all saying one way or another I have completed, but due to one of the errors I know I won't get any points for them. Example: Thank you for your interest but it seems you have already finished this survey. ERROR: SE-04 Variable 'i' already completed with value '10041174297' for list='0' It's a shame as they used to be one of the better survey sites

They promised 100 points (worth about £1) each week I keep an app installed on my phone plus a small bonus at the start. I got the bonus but have never received the weekly payments. Their support is terrible. Whenever I get back in touch they just say they have passed the ticket to someone and I'll get my points within 10 working days. It's now been 27 weeks.

I complete the surverys and at the end apparantly i have ‘timed out’ the points dont get added and I cant redo anything. AVOID

Been using these for few years on & off at first no problems customer service was ok but now that's a thing of the past they send out regular surveys no problem and payments seem to be made most fridays but the majority of completed surveys experience an error upon completion file a ticket good luck they never respond im owed 1567 points and have no hope of ever getting them credited

In the last month I have tried to contact them about a couple of completed surveys I have not received any points, totalling over 2500 points, but they have been ignoring me, and now the Emma contact email address keeps sending back to my spam box, saying it is returned.
