Ordered mid-December still haven't received my order, no response from customer service and tracking shows item still in China! Have asked Paypal to refund.

I ordered a picture from them and it turned out horrible. They took 28 days to deliver it and their return policy is up to 28 days so I can't return it.

Beware of this site!! I ordered a jacket for my hubby...i ordered bigger as site said jacket ran small... well it ran way smaller than they claim.... also seemed to for like a ladies jacket....i contacted support... they kept sending me a link for their FAQ.... if you buy from them all sales are final... you aren't getting any assistance from them.... i simply asked if i could exchange for bigger... nope.... i get a nasty email... staying all sales are final if due to picking the wrong size...i didn't pick the wrong size..i ordered bigger and it's still small.... so lesson learned..... i lost my money... don't be like me..... learn from my mistake!!!
