Aside from being very happy with the product I am not one of those people who gives a low rating to someone for trying. And I feel, MyStorify honestly wants to please it's customers, they should focus on getting their products to it's customers a lot sooner than 4-5 weeks. In today's world economy with so many trying to get over on pple, it's hard to imagine they would want to take the chance of being crossed off, however, simply because of the long wait time. Great business model, have more products on hand; and not wait to produce it after an order has been placed. Thanks.

I ordered a hoodie April 10, 2018 - Today is now May 29, 2018. After sending MULTIPLE emails, and getting their auto-email back, I'm done. I opened a dispute with Paypal. Scammers. AVOID AVOID.

My husband ordered my bday gift over a month ago and they finally sent us an email saying our order has shipped. When my husband clicks on the tracking order link in the email-the website is no longer available. Now what do we do or where do we go from here?

i placed my order on feb. 28. today is april 7, and i still have NOupdates and they wont respond to my complaints or emails.NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

They ripped me off by never shipping my comforter. I would just get automated message from mystorify email every time I contacted them. Will never buy anything from them ever again.

Ordered before the new year on the 28th of Dec. It is now Feb. 20 and still no package yet. Tried to cancel the item and asked for refund, but no go. 2 months and no item. I can understand 1 month, but 2 is not acceptable. Avoid at all cost.

I will admit I should've done my research before even ordering from a site I've never heard of but unfortunately I didn't. I ordered a hoodie back on 1/31 and as of 2/18 it's has still not shipped. And mind you I have already contacted them about this and though they did respond with something along the lines of it takes 3-7 days for the products to be manufactured. (I contacted them on 2/6) So after I got that message I waited another week to see if my item would ship and it didn't so I didn't even bother to send them another email asking about my order I just opened a case with PayPal for a refund. Because any legitimate company would ship your order in a timely manner without you having to constantly email them wondering when your order is going to ship. I gave 2 stars because at least when I emailed them with my question they actually responded back.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered product in December. they shipped to the wrong postal code, so I never received my order. Shows I entered correct address, and that they shipped to wrong location. After many, many attempts at resolution, I have been completely ignored. Total scam!
