I’m new to the online fragrance community, which is where I met Nghia and his shop. He was offering a perfume I've been eyeing, but it was too pricey for me to buy full price in a department store or Sephora. This was my first time buying from this store and the price seemed too good to be true, but i thought I’d give it a shot. He was prompt with sending out my order. I was so nervous and disappointed when I thought my package was lost in the mail, but Nghia was calm, professional and quick with communication whenever I reached out. I did end up getting my package, and i was so happy to see that he packed it very well for shipment and that the product came brand new, package in great condition! I cant recommend Nghia and his shop enough - I’m not buying perfumes at Sephora or the department stores anymore… I’m going to Nghia and Mystic Perfume!
