So pissed, my kid got ripped off by mysterypokeslabs.com and spent $50 of his own money on a pokemon box. First they were deceptive about the shipping time, says it will be 3 to 5 days then over email they tell me 20 days!!! No tracking info for several days, then I got a link to some sketchy website that didn't seem like real package tracking. But my kid was so excited so I hoped for the best. He waited A MONTH and got a big fat NOTHING. They are saying it's delivered and I signed for it, but I didn't! I was at work when it was supposedly delivered! They have no proof of delivery and are totally blowing me off. Do NOT waste your money!!!! SCAMMERS! The good reviews have to be fakes. They are the only reason I let him buy something from their site though, so I guess their strategy worked on at least one family.

Customer service was very helpful. I haven't had much luck on the slabs I bought so far but still hoping to win a giveaway. Will be a return customer.

Spent 300+ to get barely 120 dollars in product. Complete rip off.
