Instead of making excuses, they showed genuine compassion, even took the time to check on my family, and even resent me my product free of charge simply because they wanted to ensure I had a positive experience. Their communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. In a time when great customer service is hard to find, MPS truly stands out.
