"REVISED" The company DID finally refund their error.
UPDATE 9-2019 PLEASE don't waste your money. They charged us for three "Boxes" and only shipped two. I tried to contact them several times and have been completely ignored. The actual boxes were a gift to my college aged daughter to explore with some friends on campus. Sadly, she said they were really just lame. This company is just an absolute, total failure in every possible way. I hope you will NEVER do business with them. Worthless customer service and poor product. UPDATE 7-2019 The company did finally send a package over 8 weeks after the original order. They also sent the second shipment approximately 5 weeks later. The third shipment never arrived. This company has failed miserably in their promise deliver what I paid them for. Technically charging for products and services that are never delivered may be called either fraud or theft. I do NOT recommend this company. UPDATE: After 3 Emails over a week and a final threat to charge back my credit card, the company corrected the error, but the email about the correction was not an apology but rather an explanation of why it was MY FAULT! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I excitedly ordered this subscription product for my daughter. Their website doesn't function really well and as a result, I was charged TWICE. I went to the website account to correct the double charge and it must happen fairly often as there is actually a button on the cancel screen under the topic of "Reason for Cancelation" which says, "I was accidentally charged twice". I clicked that and assumed all would be good. Just to be sure, I also sent an email describing the problem to their customer service department address listed on their website. Several days later, my credit card was charged TWICE anyway! I BOTH corrected the error on their site AND sent an email to their customer service team and have had ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I am going to file a chargeback with the bank tomorrow for the entire amount if they do not respond by end of business day.
