Delayed delivery. Extra fees added. Would not recommend this company.

I did not realize that this item was coming from somewhere in Asia, then to Canada and finally somewhere in the US. The expected delivery time was no where close, after receiving the plaque, it plays the artist but not the correct song.

The version of my song choice was a terrible o e It was a live version where the artist is talking to his audience for the first 20 seconds ds of the recording. Not happy, poor workmanship

Very disappointing. I had ordered 2 items for Christmas gift way ahead of time( first week of December) Today is 12/27 and nowhere to be found. I’ve contact the company several times and they keep sending me tracking information. I will not be ordering again, no transparency on their end.

My magnetic was lost in the delivery system and I requested a replacement or refund only to be asked to wait longer and offerd the shipping cost returned even though it was missing with no tracking info for 2 weeks. Not worth the time if spent tracking and anticipating it arrival only to be disappointed daily for a month.

Shiiiiityyyy…… I don’t recommend. I ordered these almost 3 weeks prior to Christmas believing that they would be here by Christmas for Christmas gifts. Certainly not the case such a disappointment. Will not ever happen again I would save your money.

Complete counterfeit nonsense. Dishonorable organization. False advertisement, and refuses to operate in good faith. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Horrible company. Item never arrived. Their shipping stated it was. However wrong address. But they will not help due to it being delivered….tomthe wrong address
