The plaque looked and sounded great. The picture seemed a little darker but still really nice. It played when I received but I charged it anyways since it will be boxed up for Christmas. The magnet is not that strong at all. I put it on the fridge to see how it would hold up, and it slid down several inches before stopping. Magnet could definitely be stronger.

The end result is fantastic! It made my partner cry when he received it as a gift. It is really well made, and came quite quickly after ordering.

Excellent customer service! I received the product, a musical fridge magnet and it did not play. The response to my email was prompt, polite and helpful. Sara not only expedited a replacement to be sent but, as time had now passed, re-directed it to the intended recipient (who I had originally planned to send it to). In so doing, she ensured it would be there for Christmas. I am very pleased with the service and love the product, beautifully presented.

I honestly was so surprised when they came, I got 2 for each of our kids and spouses with wedding songs, they are so nice sound quality is better than I imagined and photos are really nice, I would highly recommend these to anyone, thank you for these.
