I ordered a spotify plaque on the 7th February for my boyfriend as it was our first Valentine's together. I was aware that the plaque would arrival after the 14th Feb but that didn't bother me as we were celebrating it late due to our busy work schedules. After I ordered I recieved my confirmation, great! Or so I thought. I recieved NO updates on my order whatsoever, and as it got closer to the date it was meant to arrive it never came. I checked my bank and they had in fact taken £51.69 out of my account. Outraged and upset so I messaged them on facebook (I looked at their page and they have little to no postings, that should've been my first warning), after a few days I got an email back informing me that the product I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be in stock until the 24th February. 3 weeks after I placed my order, with no email to inform me yet happily took the £51.69 from my bank. I emailed, requested a refund and they gave me a refund of £12.76! It is an absolute joke, I spent a lot of money to make my first ever Valentine's special for my partner with this gift and now I feel like it's been a scam all along. Even looking on their website and seeing all "5 star reviews" looks completely false. I will warn everyone and anyone wanting to order from this website. DON'T!!!

Uh ye it's def a scam. I bought two of them, and while they arrived in good time, they did not arrive in good condition. Scratched to hell and back, and there is a sticker on the front telling you to peel off the protective film on the back, and while the film peels off easy peasy, the front sticker does not, so you sit there scratching the already scratched plastic (Not glass) as you try to unsuccessfully get off the sticker, and it just leaves your already poor looking plaque worse with sticker and glue residue left on it. So, scratched product, and overall pretty bad for the 30 bucks I paid for each, what about a refund. I'm not even gonna try, went and looked at the website thoroughly (Didn't before because I assumed it was safe because I assumed it was affiliated directly with Spotify, I'm guessing not), and low and behold, there is no phone number, okay that's weird, and if you wanna send it back you need to pay a fee since each plaque is unique which I guess is fair, but the problem lies in the fact you need to submit a ticket for the refund, and said ticket requires not super personal info but still some of your info, and after how shady it already is, I decided to at least check the terms and agreements and such listed with the ticket, and when I clicked on the link, it sent me to another page that said 401 not found. Crappy quality, and no phone number, fee for refund, ticket's terms are unavailable. DO NOT BUY. This website is sus and I do not trust it, so just don't buy from it, or probably any website similar since alot of them are similar. I did get bracelets from them and those were fine, but the plaques at least, def do not buy.

Do not buy , products come all scratched and no type of re fund or any response from customer service to send another with out scratches and fingerprints all inside when you turn the light on. Piece of crap website and service. Also paid express shipling and it still took same amount of time haha

it never came. I paid 60$ for the plaque on a loght box and it never came at all. its a literal scam

I ordered the night light with a stand and a box. The plaque came and did not prove to be at all what pictures showed and descriptions stated. It was made of plastic and when you turn the light on, you can see the horrible scratches on it and how horrible the product truly is. This website is a scam.
