The Taylor Swift plaque I ordered had many scratches inside the actual plastic its made off. They offered 20% back as they said they can't re sell it to another customer. How they expect to re sell to another customer when its all scratched. Very poor quality and serviice. I paid a total $55.93 AUD including delivery.

I contacted customer support because their field inputs and the mockup preview did not match. They gave no proper response besides it should work. What do you know! It didn’t work. I ordered and put the song title in field one and the artist in field two like it says to. Now it just arrived and they’re in the wrong order. What a stupid looking gift. Useless. Now I have to try find the email receipt that I don’t think they ever sent.

Placed my order which I was advised had been delivered. Delivery was never received, emailed my Spotify plaques who were not interested. Advised me to contact courier Aramex who sent a photo of post box supposedly delivered to but this was not our post box. Sent numerous emails to Spotify plaques and Aramex but no help whatsoever. Lost £42 for our order would not recommend this company or product, worst customer service ever. Take customers money but do not deliver goods, stay well clear of this company.

My husbands half of the keychain broke after a week and is lost! The gift was for him for Valentine’s Day- but he only got to have it for a week!

I wish i had a option to give 0 star as well. They are a scammers. Please don’t order with them. They will show you $9 stuff and when u check it turns to be $60cad and also the most imp they order never come on time or nor they are best with replies or willing to help you as a customer. They will remind you how you placed a wrong order and nothing can be fix. I order night stand but still received plaque ( a bamboo stick to be frank). I hate their service. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Been almost 3 weeks. Still hasn’t come yet. I paid extra for the VIP service which was non existent. I ordered it a week and a half before Valentine’s Day. Still not here. Gf was upset about it. Very unhappy with the service.
