Terrible quality!!!! Do not buy the picture magnet was matter no gloss finish to it and about three shades darker than the original picture I sent

Terrible company. Do not buy from them. Waste of money and time. I was going back and forth with them through email to try and resolve and issue they caused and all they did was deny my inquiry and tell me I’m wrong and there was film on both sides of my plaque when I received it. I got my plaque and there was scratches and dents everywhere on the side that did not have film (which they SUPPOSEDLY put on both sides with every order). I was super disappointed and they did nothing to make it right. Overall terrible experience with a terrible company. If you get your plaque and there’s scratches-don’t be surprised. Also don’t be surprised if they don’t resolve the issues and time they waste of yours. Please do NOT buy from this company. You can get other options more worth your time and money than MySpotifyPlaque. Terrible company.

Do not buy from this company, majority of the times it seems the orders will not be delivered from reading other reviews. I placed an order and they attended and stated they tried to deliver it at 3:56 am in the morning and said no one was at my work which is true, orders should be delivered in business hours, that is just ridiculous. It seems now my order has gone missing and high chance will not be delivered. Horrible company and would rather put a 0 than a 1. I paid for express shipping as well.

Spotify plaque never got delivered. Paid for their VIP service(?), Delivery and the item itself. After contacted support, they needed ME to contact the shipping company in order to get this issue resolved. The Shipping company in question is, according to google, known to steal packages and is not responding to any emails or phonecalls. They are unable to provide a refund.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. The worst company to deal with. I ordered a plaque in early February, which arrived scratched up and damaged. I had requested a full refund as stated on their website with a 90 day guarantee. They offered a 10% refund which would be $4.10 Aud, then when I stated this was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund OR a new plaque sent out. They then offered a $10 refund. Again I argued their own terms and conditions and they agreed to send a new plaque. They sure did send a new plaque, with someone else’s photo and song choice, which looks like a stock standard photo and text. Absolutely awful company. Cheap and bad customer service. Avoid it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. The quality of the plaque is very poor. There are soo many scratches and imperfections on the Perspex I received. There is ZERO quality control. I paid £40.92 and in my honest opinion my 7 year old nephew can do a better job than this company. Please do not waste your time on this company. The lady named Ida in customer services is not helpful at all. She is offering me 10% refund on something that is embarrassing to display in my home due to the poor quality of the product. I was told to “wipe it” and that should make it better and get rid of the scratches. What a joke. The website clearly states 90 day full refund on poor quality and defective product but this was not given to me. Avoid this website if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I ordered my order and now I can’t even view my order, the websites gone and I can’t track my order payed $75 and now I don’t even know if my order is coming or not, no confirmation, nothing. I can’t contact them, they’re not even responding .

Ordered a keychain and it was completely scratched and is literally blue instead of clear so I can’t even see the image. Genuinely don’t even know how that happens
