Purchased two of their scannable Spotify shirts in a size medium. Both were extremely small and the print quality was pixelated. Some of the text was unreadable. According to their size chart, the shirts were smaller than an extra small, which is the smallest size they offer. I asked to return the items, which they said no to. I then asked to receive new ones, if not I wanted a refund. They also said no to that. Their policy clearly says if an item arrives defective, they will replace it, so they don't even follow their own policy. I kept telling them if they aren't willing to send a replacement, then I want a refund. They eventually offered 10% at first, which is absolutely absurd. I got them up to 20% before I accepted. By far the worst online purchase I've experienced. I have upwards of 1,000 online transactions, none of which were as bad as this.

I got my order which was a night light stand and plague. I absolutely loved my plague it was great quality and looked really nice. Sadly my night light didn’t work. I contacted them and they got back to me pretty fast and asked for a video of it not working. I sent the video in and they said they could replace it for me. They were very nice and so helpful with this inconvenience. I highly recommend buying from them!
