Very happy, thank you 😍

This was such a great gift idea for stocking stuffer. Came out great.

I want to leave a good review because the order shipped fast, and the packaging was in good condition. The only issue is that the song I chose was not the one that the item came with. It came with a random American Idol clip instead of the song I chose. This was very confusing, and embarrassing since this was a gift for my husband, and was supposed to play a very meaningful song. I was able to change the song to the correct one on my own.

Customer support was very helpful when I had questions. The only thing I would suggest is that you include instructions on how to make the plaques work properly. Thank you for a nicely done plaque with music and picture.

Haley was very helpful! She answered me promptly regarding a question that I had about my order and provided me with important information about changing an order. Very pleased with the customer support!

The item sounds great looks amazing and came sooner than expected!!! 100% have recommended this to my work place.

I purchased the fridge magnet for my son and his wife who were married in July, I customized it with their wedding photo and their wedding song, They loved it and it's already on their fridge. It's the most adorable memory. It took about two weeks to arrive, and I love it so much I want to get one for my other son who is getting married this Friday!!!

I ordered the wrong colour and emailed them as soon as I realized and so far customer service has been amazing. Quick response time and very helpful. Hope the product is just as good, ill do another review when it arrives.
