Easy to talk to and helped resolve issue quickly

I ordered 2 of the Spotify fridge magnets with one having a very special song that was not in the list of songs. I contacted Spotify prior to my purchase just to see if they do special orders and I received an email right back saying they do. I was given specific details on what I needed to do after I placed my order. When I reached out to the Customer Service team via chat I had someone there with me guiding me along the way. It was wonderful to be getting help from a real person and not an IVR system. My Customer Service representative was with me for a while to make sure I could get my pdf email of the song I was requesting over to them. Truly she held my hand the whole time. Even though I had this superior support I have to admit I’ve been a little apprehensive… that is until today… I received both magnets and they are just perfect!! Everything from the pictures on the box and the song title to the magnet itself with the most realistic recordings. I am so truly happy with how both of these turned out and so grateful to the representatives that helped me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Beverly Sheppard

A really fun gift to give. The reactions from the recipients was priceless. The photos are good quality and adding the song makes it so personal. Love this product.

Quick delivery, good product

Great customer service - I had a question, sent email and heard back within hours. Vivian was great and solved my problem right away!

I am so happy to receive my 1st order from MySpotifyGlass.com I am a singer and I was looking at their website where I saw their fabulous Spotify Glass fridge magnets. They are so attractive & aesthetic that I couldn't help but look further. Their fridge magnets are so cool as I was able to select my own song "Jeetunga Yeh Jahaan" from Spotify, decide a front cover art that I wanted to have - and Voila! I ordered my own Fridge Magnet with my own song! Isn't it the best feeling to see your own song playing on your fridge ❤️ I confirmed my order purchase. Also, the order receiving part was so smooth - there were no problems and delivery was extremely smooth. When I received my order yesterday - I was so happy, showed it to my family & friends and now they are asking me! I'm absolutely loving it and will purchase more stuffs in future. Thank you so much Myspotifyglass.com for this amazing product :) You Rock!
