Very good service and very quick to help with problems or queries

I was sceptical initially because of bad reviews but my experience was great especially the amazing customer services I received from Quinn. I received my order within reasonable time with no delay. Unfortunately the music downloaded on the magnet was different from the one I chose so contacted customer service by email. Quinn was very helpful replying immediately to my queries and arranged to send me a new one free of charge I definitely recommend them and will use their services again

Product was delivered on time and was according to what I ordered. A pity it was damaged due to the transport but they were very prompt in responding in my feedback and was willing to replace without additional charge.

I requested my order one month ago and till now i did not get it and no updates on the tracking website 12 days ago.

I initially received someone else order and just expected to be ripped off but they made it right and remade my order and even changed the song when I changed my mind! I have to say I'm impressed by the customer service! Thank you!

I had a problem with the first order and contacted customer service, Sara got back to me right away and replaced my order after sending her a video of the first order that didn’t work. The second one came and it is perfect!! Love it.
