When I contacted Silvery about a flaw in the sheets and how they completely unraveled on one side, they immediately responded. They asked for pictures, which I sent right away. They, again, responded immediately and assured me I would receive a replacement set.

Happy wife, happy hubby 😊
I bought this set of sheets for my wife. She was so uncomfortable at night covering up with a sheet then being so hot she would throw the sheet off. Now she sleeps comfortably through the night. The quality of the linens is luxurious! They feel like hotel quality.

Excellent, gracious customer service
When this product was something other than what we thought (texture, etc) the company was most gracious about issuing an immediate refund. I was pleased with the level of customer service they exhibited.

I love the sheets
I love the sheets. Not only are they attractive, but more importantly the pockets are deep enough, and the elastic at the corners keep the sheets in place… no corners popping off.
