Customer Service is great! When I washed the new sheets the second time, I found a tear in the bottom sheet and contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered the upgraded sheets at no additional charge as replacement. When I washed the upgraded sheets they came out of the washer like boards and were the most wrinkled of anything I have ever seen! Again customer service responded quickly and offered a discount on the sheets if I chose to keep them or I could have returned them for a full refund. I chose to pay the discounted price as my husband said he could use them as drop cloths which is about all they are worth. That way I did not have to pay for the return shipping of both sets.

The sheets are extremely linty. I washed them twice when I first received. My washer was coated with fibers. The dryer lint trap was overflowing. They have continued to shed as I’ve slept on them. There’s lint everywhere. Sheets this expensive should not shed like this.

The sheets were very nice to the feel, cooling as described. However my wife and I had a hard time keeping them on the bed from falling off. That not what we expected. I've requested to return the sheets. Silver offered to provide and different sheet set and keep the cooling sheets, and not have to return. But to no avail things have stalled in the return/refund process. We have done everything required to return. They asked me to provide order# which we did. Then Silver sent a text asking for home address, which we did. The order # they provided shows exactly the address they deliver to. No refund yet, just more questions. Very, very disappointed.

The sheets are very slippery and my quilts keep sliding off to the side. They are also very wrinkled so they don't look very good. They are very cold. Twenty years ago I might have appreciated that, lol, but now it is definitely a problem. I wake up cold in the night and especially in the morning. I need my bed to be warm for me.
