ASK FOR WRITTEN ESTIMATES BEFORE TREATMENT
I have had a mixed experience with this office. The staff and providers are generally kind, and I am currently receiving orthodontic treatment here. However, I experienced significant confusion regarding billing and insurance charges. After receiving treatment, I was charged much more than I expected based on my insurance coverage. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the office through visits, calls, and emails. My emails ultimately went unanswered and I did not feel my concerns were handled clearly or proactively. I eventually filed a grievance with my insurance provider, Delta Dental, which resulted in a partial refund and confirmation that some charges should not have been billed separately. My advice to future patients is to ask for detailed written estimates in advance, especially for non-covered or optional procedures, and confirm exactly what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be before treatment.
