I received absolutely no support and if I could give negative stars i would. I don’t write reviews but this was so bad i felt compelled to tell others. I ordered NAD+ and when the instructions were internally inconsistent on dosage and frequency I asked for clarification. What I got was a call to help me with my weight loss order - I didn’t order weight loss drugs as I weigh 130 lbs and am 5’6” tall! Then nothing!! So the NAD+ is on my shelf and will not get used. A total waste of money and time!

Beware. Company is a scam.
Paid 6 months and only received product one month. This company has not sent anything or offered to refund my money. Yet this company reaches out daily for me to renew my subscription.

Delivery was awful
Delivery was awful. The medication was not refrigerated. There were no instructions on the envelope for my building's receiving department to refrigerate the medication and it sat for 2 days in the sweltering 80 degree Fahrenheit Miami weather in my non-air conditioned receiving department before I was able to pick it up. Zero out of 5 stars. I will be canceling this and getting a prescription with another company who charges less than $179 per month and actually ships the product correctly.

Hey,
We work with licensed pharmacies that compound and ship one of the most advanced and stable NAD+ formulations available, and we do have laboratory stability data that confirms its safety and integrity under standard shipping conditions. We’re always happy to share this information directly with patients for peace of mind.
That said, we completely understand how receiving a package that feels warm - especially after a shipping delay - can be alarming, and your safety concern is valid. While delays are sometimes outside of our direct control once a package is in transit, this does not mean we take your experience lightly.
We will be reaching out to you directly to review what happened in detail and see how we can address this appropriately. Patient trust and safety are extremely important to us, and we would never want someone to feel dismissed or unheard.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention - we genuinely want to make this right.

Product did not work for me
Product did not work for me, it is too expensive for something that doesn’t serve the purpose. Please cancel any further orders.
Thank you

Beware number one scamming company
There are 3.3 stars shows what kind of company this is beware of this company selling the GLP one weight loss system. They’re always late and the doctors will tell you you have to stay on a strict application of it once a week you can’t miss a whole week or you have to start all over again. I’ve gone through nine bottles and lost 10 pounds and it’s hell getting your money back so be very very leery of them. They’re definitely not worth it I’m gonna sue the CEO of the company that’s here in the United States but it’s homebase is supposed to be in India. Go figure.

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your journey didn’t turn out the way you hoped, and we understand how frustrating this can feel.
We do want to provide some important context for anyone reading. You were with us for approximately 7 months, during which time you received multiple shipments and remained actively enrolled in the program. While we absolutely acknowledge that there were some delays, these were a mix of factors - including required refill forms, provider reviews, and at times timing issues on both sides. Whenever a delay was on our end, our team worked to correct it as quickly as possible and ensure continuity of care.
Regarding GLP-1 medications: consistency is critical for safety and effectiveness, which is why providers emphasize proper dosing schedules. Restarting protocols after missed weeks is a medical safety standard, not a punitive rule or financial tactic. That said, we understand this can feel discouraging, especially when progress feels slower than expected.
As for results, while some patients see significant weight loss, outcomes vary greatly depending on metabolism, lifestyle, nutrition, adherence, and other individual factors. Unfortunately, no ethical medical provider can guarantee identical results for every patient.
We’d also like to clarify that MyRNK is a U.S.-based company working with licensed U.S. providers and pharmacies, and all care is delivered under U.S. medical regulations.
We truly regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations and that you feel dissatisfied with the outcome. Our goal has always been to support patients transparently and work toward fair resolutions, even when things don’t go as planned.
If you’d ever like to discuss your case further or need documentation related to your treatment, our support team remains available.
We wish you the very best moving forward.

3 telehealth appointments that the healthcare provider chose not to show up for despite scheduling each one, send multiple reminders prior to the meeting time. The “customer care” staff calls from different call centers from about 6 different area codes. From what I have gathered they are out of South Africa and a couple other spots overseas. Run from doing business with this mess unless you like wasting time and hearing excuses. The reply is a lie. They have not contacted me today. They have done nothing today!

Received hot injectable medicine
They promised ice packs during transportation of my injectable NAD, which is why I placed my order with them in the first place, however, that did not happen and medicine arrived hot! Now, they are going back on their promise and won't exchange it, thus, putting me at risk for contamination. Their concern for my health is atrocious. I didn't want anything free, just the product condition I was promised during ordering. It wasn't even in an insulated envelope and there was a huge shipping delay, although I paid for overnight and it was in transit for 9 days to Texas. I will NOT ever order from them again.
Response from My RNKDec 22, 2025
Hey,
We want to clarify a few important points. We do not advertise or guarantee the use of ice packs during shipping, as our NAD+ formulation is specifically designed to be temperature-stable during transit. We work with licensed pharmacies that compound and ship one of the most advanced and stable NAD+ formulations available, and we do have laboratory stability data that confirms its safety and integrity under standard shipping conditions. We’re always happy to share this information directly with patients for peace of mind.

Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch! They advertise NAD+ at 2400mg for a fixed price but they will then find a reason you need to be on a lower dose. They told me that they needed a note from my PCP to proceed with NAD at that "dosage". Which I got. Then they wanted proof that I had been taking NAD since my last order from them a mere 90 days ago. It's not a "safety" issue...its a money issue. They know this. You can get high dosage infusions and there aren't any health risks. I promise if you asked to buy 2400mg at $1000...they wouldn't ask for a thing. They just want to lure you in with their advertisement and price and then swap you to lower dosages! Save yourself the hassle of having to beg for a refund. I'm sure that will warrant a whole other issue. It's been 5 days and it's still "being escalated".
Response from My RNKDec 22, 2025
Hey,
We want to be very clear: we do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing or dosage practices. While we advertise access to higher-dose NAD+ protocols, all final dosing decisions are made by licensed medical providers based on clinical review, patient history, and regulatory requirements. This is not a pricing decision - it is a medical one, and we do not override providers to increase dosage for financial reasons.
Unlike infusion clinics, we operate under telehealth prescribing guidelines for at-home injectable medications. These guidelines require additional documentation in certain cases (such as confirmation of prior therapy or provider notes) before higher-dose protocols can be approved. This is especially true when restarting or escalating therapy after a gap in treatment.
We understand how this can feel inconsistent or overly cautious, and we acknowledge that our communication around this could have been clearer. That’s on us.
Regarding your escalation: when provider review is required, it can take several business days, and we know that waiting is frustrating. Your case is not being ignored, and we will follow up directly to ensure it is resolved appropriately.
We take feedback like this seriously and are actively working to improve transparency around dosing criteria so expectations are clear upfront. We’ll be reaching out to you directly to close the loop.
