I expressed interest in NAD+ and inquired about GLP. My credit card was charged individually for 2 medication. Part of the process requires you meet via zoom with a healthcare provider to ask the same medical questions. That's all good and well. However, what does not sit well with me why is this greedy company short changing me by compounding 2 very different medication in one viale Tirzepatide and NAD+. I want what i paid for 2 individual medication not compounded together. My RNK Health is NOT customer friendly and does not have customer's BEST INTEREST. Company's GOAL is to take your hard earned money AND compound some BS together. Definitely will not recommend RNK to anyone. RNK you will NOT be getting a refill request from this consumer ever again.

The biggest scammer. Don't fall for their scam. They will take your money and not pick up your call. Even if they answer, they put you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes, and then they'll hang up. It's 100% fraud. Stay away from them. You'll not get any medication. It's just a scam. They have replied to this message, saying they have requested more information, which is totally wrong. Instead of fixing any problem, they are still continuing to charge me and haven't responded to my email. I have given them proof of non-delivery, and on the public forum they're trying to look nice, but stay away from them. They are the biggest scammer I have come across in the last 10 years.

Awful service and company. The support staff is completely incompetent. I will never opt for RNK, and if anyone inquires, I will provide them with a terrible review. They mailed me expired medication and were not willing to replace or issue refunds.

My medicine that requires refrigeration was shipped in a plastic mailer, not a single thing protecting it or keeping it cool most importantly. That happened twice because I complained the first time and they reordered my medicine, resent it not on ice or refrigerated, they also sent me half as much as they originally sent and change the dosage I was to start with in half. Thinking I wasn’t going to notice or become upset. I’m livid and highly disappointed because I really want to start a NAD+ regiment, but still have yet to begin. I need to find a reputable supplier and also inquire about my money back. It feels like I’ve been majorly scammed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel compelled to warn other potential patients. On 01/29/2026, I called to cancel my NAD medication subscription after experiencing jitter side effects. I was told I would receive an email confirming cancellation and a refund. I received neither. On 02/07/2026, I spoke with another representative who confirmed my cancellation request was located and stated I would receive email confirmation and a refund to my credit card within 10 working days. Again, nothing was sent and no refund was issued. As of 02/12/2026, I called again and was told my issue would be escalated to a supervisor. I have still received no response. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged twice for $269, I did not receive medication, and I have no written confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. The lack of communication, follow-through, and billing accuracy is very concerning for a company handling healthcare-related services and medications. I strongly urge anyone considering using this service to carefully monitor their billing and document all communications.

Ordered product 1/18, charged my credit card $447, on Feb 10th I called about the medication and they as told they couldn’t find a compounder near me. I think these people will scam you. They would have kept my money if I did not demand a refund. Pay a little more buy somewhere else! Reached out to whom?

Do not order anything from this company. It is a scam. They will attempted to collect multiple payments claiming your initial payment didn’t go through. They won’t send you the dosage you ordered regardless of what their ad states. They also improperly store and send the products. NAD is supposed to be refrigerated. It spoils after 4 hours in refrigerated. They will send this to you standard UPS shipping without any way to keep it cool. I have purchased this product from other companies and also worked in a facility that sold this product. I have attempted to have this resolved with the company without success. My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere and don’t try to save a few dollars with them.

Do not buy this. Very scammy feeling. I got the subscription in December, which was a mistake. I emailed over 4x to cancel my account and I got strange vibes from this group. They of course charged me again and now I will be calling my bank to dispute and emailed them for the 5th time.
