Very disappointing experience with RNK. I chose this company based on its advertising, which I found misleading once I received the product and dealt with customer service. I was prepared to return the item, but they refused to accept it back and failed to resolve the issue fairly. This reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Now I have to dispute the charge. I will not order from RNK again and would not recommend them.

Horrible! Their products are fake! I unsubscribed and they still took money out of my Bank account! Do not buy from them!

Horrible customer service experience. Portal basically does nothing. I purchased a 3 month NAD+ subscription and there’s absolutely no way I would consider resubscribing. It has been a huge nightmare just to get medication that I paid for in advance. Please go elsewhere for your peptide needs.

I placed an order NAD+ folowing and add on Instagram. The add specifically compared others charging for smaller amounts of NAD showing 500 and 1000mg. The add clearly showed their amount to be 2,400mg for $169. When signing up they did note that their follow on price would increase to $269. I recieved the first order and only recieved 1000mg. The advetising is very deceptive. I have been buying NAD+ for years at an average cost of $85 for 1000mg. I keep getting emails and text saying that they are going to bill even though I canceled the subscription. I call them to make sure and got a guy in India that confirmed that I would not be billed. Will be keeping an eye on my credit card

I have been a patient of MyRNK for about a year. i’ve had an i’ve had a reoccurring subscription for NAD. All of a sudden they did. It send me my NAD in January, they build me of course then February they build me again no NAD medication then I call customer service. They offered a refund for one month and medication for the next month. None of that has happened. I canceled my subscription while they canceled my subscription and they build me $449 now I’m out $749 and I have no medication’s. Their customer service does not communicate at all.

They charge for medication each month and each month fail to send a refill form. Then each month I have to proactively call and point out their mistake. Now they've shorted me a month. Do not do business with this company.

I never received my order, I have called twice, text and emailed requesting to stop all subscriptions and to refund the money I spent . A response time exceeding two to three business days is concerning. I have allowed a total of five days to elapse before posting this review, yet I have received no communication from RNK Health. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Aside from completing the online medical questionnaire and trying to set up an account along with a username and password, the company has taken my money without further engagement. I have requested a full refund and will need to file a fraud claim with my bank in order to recover my money. There has been a complete lack of communication via email, phone, or text. This is a horrible company

I had been using semorelin and decided to try RNK. I ordered and 2 days later I had my 1st appointment but they incorrectly sent me to a weight loss provider who told me they had made a mistake and I was then scheduled another 2 day later with another medical advisor. This advisor prescribed semorelin. They also told me that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I received 2 emails that my prescription was filled then a cancellation and when I called they had no reason and said it would take 10 business days to get my money back and when I asked to speak with a provider as there must be a mistake they said they had no appointments for 8 days! This is an obvious scam-delaying me by sending me 1st to the wrong provider then to another then approving then canceling. They are keeping my money for a month if I do get it back! Total scam.
