My experience with customer service about a concern with my subscription
I called in to speak about a concern or issue if you will about my subscription. I spoke with. Era which is not my first time speaking with her. I was lucky to have her as a representative because she’s extremely professional, extremely helpful and very sweet and kind. This type of customer service is extremely rare and I am grateful.
