The initial contact was very positive and the staff was friendly and responsive. However, there was some confusion related to a previous prescription, shipping address, and consultation, which caused the process to take longer than expected. Once I was able to speak with someone directly by phone, everything was clearly explained and resolved, and I received my medication fairly quickly afterward. I do have some concerns regarding the shipping, as the medication did not arrive with what I would consider appropriate temperature-controlled packaging. That said, the shipment did include all necessary injection supplies. Despite the shipping concern, I believe the medication quality is good, and I have noticed a positive difference since starting the NAD. The communication on the subscription wasn't clear. The follow up email ended up in my junk folder.

RNK, overall, has been a good company to work with. The personnel that I have interacted with have been great! The only issue has been with your systems. I have been instructed to contact RNK for refills following my 3rd dose. But when I do, I am told it is to early to request a refill!?! So what am I to do?

The customer service staff and the nurses I speak with are very friendly and knowledgeable and I have had prompt and courteous service. Which is a plus when you’re going through weight loss.
