This should probably really be a 1 star. I never filled out the intake form as I was out of town. Then, you processed it and shipped medicine anyway. Then you sent me 10 email with the order and tracking info but I have yet to receive anything. Check the tracking number. It’s still sitting with the pharmacy.

i called into customer service and was hung up on 3 times, not a good look for a brand new customer.

Well, the product didnt work for me and initially charge was also 189 and they tried to charge me 269 next month.

Product is good.service sucks.im still waiting on my refund.it automatically comes out of my debit card weither I need it or not.$269.i want to be able to just call and get a refill not it coming out of my account. I thought we got it work out but didn't. I have enough supply.

Ordered NAD+ on subscription from RNK Health. They were always quick to bill the $269 every 28 days but getting medication refills was a nightmare. Finally, the most recent month, I called in on the 15th of September only to find that despite being charged on the 4th of September (and my 3rd month of medication), the representative saw no record of my account. Therefore, we repeated the entire intake process I had done 3 months prior. She said the medication would be filled in the next 48 hours. It was not. On the 21st I called billing and requested a refund. I was told the refund would happen since I had not been shipped medication and I would get an email in 24 hours. I did not. On 10/1 I called in again to billing and the agent confirmed the refund request had been submitted but that the refund department had "done nothing" - including not sending the required email. She stated she was going to send another message to them "encouraged they get a move on it" and I should receive an email in 24 hours. I have little confidence of that. The medication itself seemed decent quality but the customer experience is horrible. There are too many telehealth peptide companies out there to have to deal with such! If you're checking out this company, I'd suggest using someone else!

After signing up I immediately changed my mind. Even though I hadn't made the telehealth appointment yet or ordered any medication, they had already charged my credit card for both. It was also misleading when they imply once you fill out their online health questionnaire it's reviewed and if you are approved, the prescription is issued. What they don't tell you is you have to schedule a telehealth appointment one or two weeks down the road. Five minutes after I signed up I regretted it and just wanted to cancel my "subscription". I put a freeze on my credit card so they couldn't charge my card again. It took me three weeks to get an acknowledgement that my subscription was cancelled. I'm very wary of automatic subscription services anyways so this convinced me more not to do any again.

Was good at first , got meds timely. Second re order , portal does not work , they want all labs, had to go to hospital med records , and they still would not upload. Finally get my meds , from different Pharmacy with prescribed 35 units , I took 68 units before. Attempts to find out why with no responses but auto wrong replies. Had to call the pharmacy to find out how many mgs was in their 35 units , dose was told was stronger and 35 units was same dose as other 68 units. Sent e mail to RNK about this no response. Glad I called the pharmacy or I could be very sick taking 68 units of the stronger compound! And the fact that I had to get these answers myself second Pharmacy had no dosage on bottle , just take 35 units! Of course this is a good way to confuse your customers to keep them a same dose forever !!!
