Stay away from this company. They will steal your money. I signed up, they take payment right away. You have to schedule a virtual appointment to which no instructions were given, nothing in the portal to access said appointment, and no email or text message sent with a link to the appointment. I emailed them about this on Oct 2nd when the appointment I woke up early for did not happen. I asked to be refunded and to cancel my account that day. Since then I have emailed and called multiple times. All I keep getting is that my concern has been escalated but nothing is happening. Just got an email that I will be charged again beginning next week for a higher amount. They are stealing money from people. Stay. Away!

Worst company ever, emailed RNK more than once about cancellation of prescription. The company still proceeded with the payment and charge $289, for a product that originally cost me $129. Due to health reasons, I no longer wanted to take NAD injections, I explained this in writing and my money was still robbed from me.

The worst, most incompetent and most inefficient customer service I have ever had. The supposed CS manager Shaly didn’t halp at all. I have repeated my concerns multiple times and still have not got a resolution. Be cautious, the company also attempted to charge you randomly. And when asked about the unexpected charges, they just ignored the questions. Avoid this company at all cost.

Stay away from this company they are a scam. I called and requested to cancel my subscription due to health changes. I was not able to continue taking the medication I had a subscription for. Instead of counseling my subscription they chose to cancel my subscription in the middle of the next month so they could charge me illegally and send the medication that I can not use anymore to me anyway. I called and spoke with two representative about the issue and after I talked to the representative about the issue, they confirmed the shipment and shipped it out expeditiously. Garbage company.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! This company advertised 2400mg for $189...guess what I received?? 200mg! That is it! This is so bad, and I am highly disappointed in their fake advertising. UPDATE 9/10/25 I received a personal email from Nick and told me he will make good on the advertised amount. I will change the star rating when this occurs next month, but for now, I am happy with their quick and courteous customer service ANOTHER UPDATE 12/2/2025 So they are telling me that they are having problems with the portal and not being able to have people fill out their refill forms online. So we did it over the phone, after I called several times. They charged me in October, and I haven't received that order yet. Then on 11/25 they charged me again. I have had it with this company. They need to reimburse and cancel as I requested. I had big hopes.......... but they were not to be....

They bait and switch the NAD+ I purchased. On the website, it says you will get up to 2400mg+. I only received 1000mg. I inquired through their customer service and received no answer after several days. They finally got back to me and claimed it is up to 2400mg and there is no clarification on what you would actually get.

All the ads clearly show 2,400mg of this product being advertised, yet when it was shipped, it wasn’t clear how much I was getting. I called and called, but couldn’t get a straight answer. Then the amount actually shipped was only 1.000mg. I have called to sort this out, but their call center folks just are not informed. All I was asking about was why the ads do not match the product you receive. I’d like to do business with them because they use a good compounding pharmacy. But you cannot advertise 2,400 mg then ship less than half that for the price. That’s wrong. They need to fix it.

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I could say I have had a good experience with RNK, but unfortunately I can’t. After the supplement was finally shipped to me it shipped from NY to AL in nothing but a bubble envelope in 100 degree heat ( the supplement had nothing to keep it cool) when it arrived it was hot to the touch and unuseable. I’ve reached out to RNK several times to get this resolved. At first they were very responsive now I’m getting nothing. There are plenty of other groups out there selling this and I would use them.
