Customer Service was excellent. They made sure I received my order. My order was packaged perfectly and I received e-mails every step of the way on my order status.

The ring I ordered is great. So was the customer service response. I reached out by email when the ring hadn't been delivered a month after the order was placed. They contacted USPS about the missing item on my behalf. I contacted them again 10 days later and got another quick reply. 5 days later the ring was delivered.
