We preordered our championship ring and got a shipping label email then no updates for weeks. I contacted customer service and got a reply that they would contact USPS about the tracking. It didn’t come for another week so I contacted customer service again and they shipped a new ring. We bought it for our kids and they think it’s awesome. It’s a great value for the price.

The quality is fantastic, especially considering price. Bonus points for them coming with both a holder and a chain. We’re using these for a cornhole tournament with friends this weekend and I cannot wait to present them as the prize to the winning team!

short story, love the ring and would absolutely order again and recommend the site. longer story, it did take several months to ship (there was a point where I actually thought I got scammed and left a 1 star review on Google, which I'm really sorry about and I've tried to find it to update but I can't seem to find it to edit it, sorry about that too...). but it's legit, takes a while, so patience is required and that's the only thing keeping it from 5 Stars.

First off it took me over 3 weeks to get the ring because the first one I ordered got lost in the mail but the communication was great and they gave me a choice of a refund or a ring so I chose the ring so they made me a replacement and I finally got it August 2 2024 and ordered it July 10th and as far as the ring itself I like it .it's not perfect but at that price I wouldn't expect it to be. I definitely would still consider buying from them again.

I’m satisfied with the product, the only reason I give you four stars is for the delivery, it was delivered two days after.
